Owned by three brothers who got their recipe passed down to them by their grandmother from Honolulu, Hawaii. Cooking has been a part of their lives for generations and decided to let anyone who’s in town get a taste of their delicious food last 2016.
You have three main meal size options that are served with meat and sides of your choice. But no matter what size you choose though, they all have very generous servings. One bite of the meat and you’ll be transported to the shores of Hawaii as if you were having a barbecue at the beach.

As with most grilled food, when you leave it out in the open for a while, meat becomes dry and tough. Which was exactly what this WASN'T! Everything tasted like they came off the grill straight to our plates. The steaks were cooked with just the right amount of rawness.
Be sure to try their sauces too! They add excellent flavor to your choice/s of meat.
Makai is a perfect place to grab a quick bite as everything they need is ready by the counter. They have ample seating for you to bring the family or catch up with friends while enjoying their food. Everything is always served fresh and warm.
