Pho 90: A Small Place With Big Flavor

In the busy streets of China Town on Spring Mountain Road, lies a restaurant that can easily be missed because of its size. My friends and I stumbled upon Pho 90 while walking around the area, in search for a place to eat. And boy, am I glad we did.

Not only serving some pretty amazing pho, they also have plenty of other Vietnamese dishes to choose from.

As soon as you enter, you'll notice that even though it's a small venue, it's still very comfortable to dine at. There's plenty of space to accommodate you, your family and friends.

Goi Cuon Torn Thit (Spring rolls with pork and shrimp) $4.50

I personally feel you can tell a lot about an Asian restaurant based on their spring rolls. Pho 90's told me this: they don't mess around when it comes to quality. The dish was presented beautifully and with plenty of fillings. The dipping sauce was great and complimented the spring rolls!

Pho Ga (Chicken & Rice Noodle) $8.50

The Soup was served hot and fresh in a large sized bowl. The broth had excellent flavor and the noodles were cooked to perfection. With a generous amount of noodles, chicken and broth, you can tell they're not stingy when it comes to their servings.

Da Biet (Combination of meats and rice noodle) $8.50

For all you meat lovers out there, you will love this bowl. The Da Biet is filled with different kinds of tender meat and firm noodles. Plenty of flavor from beginning to end.

This goes to show that even small restaurants can pack a whopping punch of flavor. Make sure you stop by Pho 90 to try them out for yourself.
