WATCH: Cirque Performer Takes His Act To The Streets Plus An Interview With Jonas Woolverton

It has been about 4 weeks since Las Vegas started to close its doors to tourists and everyone really. Being a tourist city, most of our workers here rely on the businesses that tourists come here for. In this case, watching shows, would be one of the major attractions and things to do in Las Vegas. Without them, artists like Jonas Woolverton, are left with no livelihood. Not here, nor anywhere.

Jonas, however, having the need to be creative and do something, decided to take his act to the streets. Shooting a short film called “The Day The World Went Away” on the strip. In the video, you’ll see him showcasing his skills with the cyr wheel with some iconic places on the strip. Notice how uncharacteristically empty it is!

Watch his impressive short film here:

We were also able to have a quick chat with Mr. Woolverton. You can catch the entire interview below:

Such amazing talent we have here in Las Vegas. I can’t wait to watch another show once everything goes back to normal. Hopefully, we see more projects like these online as well though.
